Cindy’s Mushroom Chicken

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Granulated garlic, to taste
Cajun seasonings, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix first three ingredients together. Spray an oven-proof 9x13” dish with non-stick spray and place chicken breasts in the dish so that they do not overlap. Sprinkle with granulated garlic, Cajun seasonings, salt and pepper. Cover with the mixture and place in the oven for 25 minutes or until the juices from the chicken run clear. Serve over brown rice.

(If you want to make this somewhat NT friendly, used split chicken breasts and increase the cooking time to at least 45 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked – or just set it up in the crock pot and let it cook all day on low.)
